The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are explained below:

• "Platform" refers to dbb33's website, applications, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has created an account on dbb33.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and associated funds.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by dbb33.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

dbb33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Creating and using an account on dbb33 is only permitted for those aged 21 or older. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. dbb33 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Protecting Your Login Details

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out on your account by any third party.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbb33 currently supports three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳500. Deposit requests below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Account Consistency

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally processed to the same method and account used for the original deposit. Withdrawing to a different account may require additional verification.

3.5 Transaction Verification

dbb33 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal transaction. In the case of suspicious transactions, the transaction may be put on hold until an additional verification process is completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dbb33 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus capped at ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Bonuses will be forfeited in cases of bonus abuse, suspicious betting patterns, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• dbb33 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

dbb33's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to higher tiers depends on regular and active participation on the platform. The account must remain active and in good standing to receive VIP tier benefits. dbb33 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbb33 platform:

• Creating an account using a false or fake identity.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or family.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage on the platform using software or automated tools.
• Attempting to withdraw bonuses by forming groups and placing bets against each other.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If such activities are identified, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

7.1 Game Operations

8.2 Suspension by dbb33

dbb33 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 consecutive months).

The user will be informed of the reason for suspension and will have the opportunity to appeal through the support team if they object.
